Grand Rapids Public Utilities
  • In-person at the GRPUC office by cash, check, or money order,
  • At the drive-up drop box located in the parking lot outside the GRPUC office.
  • By mail-allow, 5 days for mail delivery and payment processing-please send remittance to the Public Utilities Office.
  • Online account access is not available from August 29 until September 4, 2025 as we transition to our new utility customer service portal.

    All online customers will need to create a new account in the new utility customer service portal.

    The new link will be posted as soon as the system is ready for you to set up your new account.
