2026 GRPUC Landfill Final Cover Modifications – Phases 1–4 and Kettle D

Grand Rapids Public Utilities Commission is accepting bids for the 2026 Landfill Final Cover Modifications (Phases 1–4 and Kettle D) project. Bids must be submitted online by 12:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, and will be opened electronically at that time. Project documents are available using eBidDoc #10040963. A pre-bid conference will be held on February 5, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CST at the GRPUC facility. A bid security of 5% is required, and the successful bidder must meet Minnesota’s “responsible contractor” requirements.
