Grand Rapids Public Utilities is committed to restoring power safely and as quickly as possible during electric outages. If your power is out, we're here to help.

Report an Outage

Before reporting an outage, we encourage you to check our Public Outage Map to see if the outage has already been reported. For updates on large outages, follow us on Facebook. If your outage is not listed, please call us at 218-326-7024.

Our crews are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to power outages. If the outage presents an immediate safety hazard or emergency, call us immediately so we can respond as quickly and safely as possible.
