The Budget Billing Program helps make monthly utility bills more predictable by averaging your annual energy usage into equal monthly payments. This program can make budgeting easier by reducing seasonal fluctuations in your bill.

The Salvation Army HeatShare Program is a voluntary, nonprofit energy assistance program that has helped Minnesota families since 1982. HeatShare provides emergency financial assistance to qualifying households experiencing difficulty paying heating or utility bills, including electricity, natural gas, propane, fuel oil, and wood.
