Water Quality - Homeowner and Building Manager Tips

GRPU News - Franchise Fees on Utility Bills

City Franchise Fees began appearing on electric utility bills for properties within the City of Grand Rapids in September 2025. The franchise fees were established by the City Council in December 2024 to help fund local street maintenance and improvements.
