This new site is your one-stop destination for managing all your utility needs!  All customers who enroll in paperless billing will receive a $10 bill credit and customers who enroll in autopay will receive a $5 bill credit (credits to be given at the end of 2025).

NOTE:  If you previously had an online account in our former system, you’ll need to create a new account in our updated customer portal to access your information. Customers who were enrolled in paperless billing (e-bill) or auto-pay will also need to re-enroll in these services. We understand this is a bit of a pain, but it’s necessary to ensure full compliance with current banking and credit card security standards which helps us better protect your personal and financial information.
