CANNABIS - Retail Business Registration

Retailers wishing to operate a cannabis business within the City of Grand Rapids must submit the following to the City Clerk:

• Completed & signed Retail Cannabis Business Registration Application including
  all required documentation listed in the registration.
• Completed, signed and Notarized Authorization for Background Check(s) for all owner's of record.
• Annual Registration Fee:          Initial Fee: $500.00         Renewal Registration: $1,000.00
