LOWER-POTENCY HEMP EDIBLE RETAIL REGISTRATION

In addition to an OCM-issued license and endorsement, Lower-Potency Hemp Edibles Retailers (LPHE-R) license holders must also obtain a retail registration from the City of Grand Rapids before the business can begin retail sales. The retail registration fee is waived for 2025. Retail registrations will be issued after a business receives a license from OCM, pays the retail registration fee (fee deferred until 2026) and is in good standing on any applicable property taxes and assessments.
