In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, all City of Grand Rapids buildings have been closed to the public until further notice. In an effort to continue to provide essential services, various City applications are now online. Applications for Building permits, Stormwater permits and Right-of-Way permits are available to be submitted online. Additionally, we have a downloadable app that allows Citizen Requests to be sent directly to the Public Works Department. Click on the links for more information.
