Tasha Connelly
Dale is a lifelong resident of the area graduating from Grand Rapids High School and Itasca Community College. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Master’s Degree from St. Cloud State University along with 6th-year licensure as a K-12 Principal and School District Superintendent. Dale and wife Misty have been married for almost thirty years having had three children.
Dale is employed by I.S.D. #318 as the International Baccalaureate Coordinator. He also continues to teach part of the day. Dale has been the Charitable Gambling Manager for the Grand Rapids Amateur Hockey Association for nearly 33 years. He has also coached and advised youth and high school sports and activities for 30 years.
Through the years, Dale has been involved in numerous civic and community organizations including the Western Mesabi Mine Planning Board, Grand Rapids Civic Center/Park and Rec Board, Grand Rapids Economic Development Authority, Cable Commission, City/County Cooperative Committee and more.
Dale enjoys spending time with his family, sporting and musical events, and being involved in the community.
