City Councilmember

The Grand Rapids City Council will be accepting applications to fill a vacant Council seat for an unexpired term through December 31, 2024.  People wishing to serve on the City Council must be eligible to vote in Minnesota; must be 21 years of age or more upon assuming office, and must have maintained residence within the City of Grand Rapids for at least 30 days prior to appointment. City Councilors are compensated at a rate of $660.00/month.
