Several Pavillions are located around the area. The Grand Rapids Park and Recreation currently allows for reservations of the pavillions at Veteran's Memorial Park. While the pavillions are available for public use, scheduled events do take priority. The reservation fee for the pavillion is twenty-five dollars for the day. Two pavillions are avialable with water and electricity on site.

The Park and Recreation Department operates 3 outdoor rink facilities within the city limits. Facility ammenities include a heated warming house, a hockey rink, and a pleasure rink. The rinks are staffed during the hours of operation, and the lights are off by the 10:00pm curfew.
