YEARLY LICENSES
If you live in the City of Grand Rapids, you must have a license for each pet at your address.  The yearly fee is $10 per animal.
LIFETIME LICENSES

A public compost site for yard waste including grass clippings and leaves (no branches or garbage accepted) is available to all residents. The site is located on the north side of River Road approximately 450 feet east of the intersection of 8th Street SE and River Road (County Road 23). Runways and Taxiways

The Grand Rapids/Itasca County Airport has one 5,755 foot paved runway with a paved parallel taxiway. There are two sod runways, measuring 2,968 feet and 1,450 feet, respectively. Yellow boundary markers mark the sod runways. Please note, the sod runways are not maintained and closed to wheeled aircraft during winter months. The Airport has private a seaplane base.
