Youth Safety Camp

  On August 9 2017, local service providers will be gathered and offering a Summer Safety Camp for area youth. The one-day camp will be completely free to participants ages 8-14. Safety Camp check-in will begin at 0900am in the IRA Civic Center.

2017 Polar Plunge

This year's Polar Plunge event had 261 participants and raised over $58,000 for Special Olympics Minnesota. A HUGE THANK YOU to all who participated and helped make the day a blast!      

Special City Deer Hunt 2016

This year, the City of Grand Rapids, along with the Minnesota DNR, will again be conducting a special city deer hunt. The hunt will be an intensive harvest with a five deer limit and include archery, regular firearms, and muzzleloader.    The
